As a community focused organization NJP is looking to our community to help build Black worker power and spur economic mobility in our community via creating pathways to union jobs via our Pathways Program but first we want to have community voices at the table and shaping the scope of our work. The Pathways Fellowship is an opportunity for black workers/community members to play a role in finalizing the vision and scope of our workforce development program while also gaining important community organizing and project management skills at the same time. If you or anyone you know is interested in being an NJP fellow please fill out the google form below and join us on the road to building real pathways for our community.
